This hotel is excellent value for money. The staff are really helpful and welcoming, making you feel appreciated and looked after. The rooms on the higher floors are clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the pictures.

I couldn't find anything to complain about, everything was just right.

The hotel's location in the middle of this beautiful medieval village made it easy for me to explore the city's attractions throughout the day and at night. The cleanliness of the room and common areas was excellent. The staff was friendly and always willing to help me. The breakfast had a variety of freshly baked bread and a range of toppings to choose from.

It was exactly as shown in the pictures and everything felt new and clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the charming village of Alquezar. the staff was friendly and accommodating, meeting our request to have the air conditioning turned on before our arrival on a hot day in May. And parking available was a definite plus in this area.

The location is fantastic, right in the centre of an amazing city, making it the perfect base for exploring the breathtaking Sierra y Cañones de Guara national park. The staff were excellent, always attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities we needed. We particularly loved the attention to detail, from the comfortable bed to the clean shower with hot water. Breakfast was a highlight, with a delicious selection of bread and fresh juice to start our day off right. Plus, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, which is always a bonus when trying to stay connected while traveling.

Had a great Easter holiday with a friend. the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. the breakfast was delicious and included fresh bread, fruit, and yogurt. the hotel was also conveniently located close to local attractions and had free parking available. We appreciated the peace and quiet of the area, making it very easy to relax.

That the rooms were a bit basic and could have benefitted from additional furnishings.

Despite being in such remote village, the hotel is located in a central spot that gave us easy access to everything. the staff was friendly and always helpful with practical advice, and the rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and great amenities. the included breakfast offered a great start to our days with a variety of fresh and local options. the hotel had free parking available, which was a huge plus.

Although we loved the hotel, the walls were a bit thin, and we could hear guests talking in the hallways and shouting on the street in the middle of the night, which sometimes kept us awake despite using earplugs.

The WiFi connection was poor with constant disconnections and slow speed, which made it difficult to finish my business tasks. the access to the hotel was difficult due to the narrow streets of the village, making it challenging to get in and out of the hotel, especially with a larger car.
